All New Online Clients must create a Client Portal through the button to the left. After you enter your basic information, you will go to the Forms tab and Fill Out/Sign the Consent Forms. You must complete this before your session.
If you are using Insurance to pay for session, Colorado or Texas clients only, use the Insurance tab in the Portal to enter that information.

Scheduling An Appointment
For New Therapy Clients Self-Pay
1) Please go to the CLIENT FORMS section and Click on the Client Portal button. You will create an account in our Client Records Software. This is where I keep clients confidential charts. After you fill out your information, there will be a Forms tab at the top of the page, where you will sign our consent paperwork.
2) Schedule Your Appointment through this Discount Booking Page. We use Booking Scheduler (10to8) for all of your appointments. There is the Zoom video link attached to your appointment confirmation email to use for your sessions. The Booking calendar will display in your time zone.
We will email you a Welcome email that includes further information about your first appointment. Please make sure that you are able to receive this packet at the email address you provide. This is sensitive and personal information that you may not want others to see.
For New Life Coaching Clients Self-Pay
1) Schedule your appointment using the link above. We use Booking Scheduler (10to8) for all of your appointments. There is the Zoom video link attached to your appointment confirmation email to use for your sessions. The Booking calendar will display in your time zone.
2)We will send you a link to fill out the Life Coaching Paperwork. Please be sure to check your email for this link and complete at least 24 hrs before you appointment. The appointment will be cancelled if the paperwork is not done.
