  • What are the days I can schedule?
    We see clients Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 9AM-5PM Central Time. We do occasionally have Monday afternoons open in the scheduler as well. Everything available will be on our Appointment Scheduler through the website. You are also allowed to find a set day and time that you would like to be a set appointment (but still changeable as needed). Just let us know what would work for you to make sure there is not a conflict.
  • Do you offer in person sessions?
    Currently at this time, we are only able to offer Video Online Sessions through our secure platforms. We will update our Booking page if this changes in the future.
  • What is your late cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy requires a 24hr notice. Our appointment scheduler will send out reminders for each appointment giving you time to change the appointment to another day or time. Otherwise, you will be charged the full fee. Our Booking scheduler does not show open appointments within 24hr but a time maybe open- just send a text to 423-481-0881 to see if we have any openings that will not show on the Booking site. We will manually move your appointment. No Shows will be charged the full session fee.
  • How long are sessions?
    Sessions typically last 50-55 minutes. In some cases, 90-minute sessions are preferable, especially for some EMDR clients.
  • Do you offer an initial consultation?
    Yes, We offer a free 15 consultation so that you may ask any questions you have before deciding on signing up for services. Just send us a text message to 423-481-0881 with a time that you are available.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
